This blog has been created to inform Znymka Project supporters, funders and enthusiasts about the cultural, educational and holistic experience of implementing an international education-based and youth-focused humanitarian initiative.

The Znymka Project blog will remain active for the length of the first phase of the project (10 months to date) and will include snippets of cultural immersion experiences, documentation of project implementation and programming, project updates, and testimonials from project staff and participants.

Over the past month we have identified a programming site, purchased and registered project equipment, identified a project lead and developed relationships with community-based organizations and individuals who will be integral to the sustainability of the project.

We are currently 2 weeks away from our official project start date. Over the next few weeks we will be recruiting and identifying project support staff (volunteers and interns), solidifying logistics at our programming site, training all project personnel, and launching direct programming with marginalized youth in Ukraine.

We are working closely with AjA Project leadership to solidify our curriculum and evaluations, and are implementing processes and procedures for program delivery in partnership with the Centre for Cultural Management, L’viv.
